(1) An appeal against an order of the licensing authority refusing to grant or renew a licence or suspending or cancelling any licence under this Act, or forfeiting any security deposited or furnished in respect of a licence shall lie to such authority, not below the rank of an Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, and within such time, as may be prescribed.] (2) The decision of the appellate authority shall be final.
