12. (1) Every warehouseman shall keep his warehouse in such conditions, as may be prescribed, in order to prevent loss, damage or injury to the goods deposited in the warehouse. (2) No warehouseman shall accept goods, or deposit which are likely to cause damage to other goods which are, or may be deposited in the warehouse.
