(1) The Uttar Pradesh Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Saifai, Etawah Act, 2005 is hereby repealed. (2) Save as otherwise provided in this Act the repeal under sub-section (1) shall not be held to prejudice or effect the general application are section 6 of the Uttar Pradesh general clauses Act. 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904) with regard to the effect of repeal.
