(1) The conditions regarding payment of remuneration to the teachers for any duties performed in an Indian University or anybody other than Public Service Commission shall be such as may be prescribed. (2) No teacher shall at any time hold more than one remunerative office carrying duties other than teaching or duties connected with examination. Explanation:- The words remunerative officers include the offices of warden or superintendent of a Hostel, Proctor, Games Superintendent and Librarian.
