§19

Summary

(1) The Board of Governors shall consist of;- (a) the Chancellor; Chairperson (b) the Chief Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Government; Vice Chairperson (c) the Principal Secretary, or the Secretary to the State Government in the Medical Education Department; or his nominee not below the rank of Special Secretary to the Government;Member (d) three eminent persons, nominated by the State Government;Member (e) three academicians or eminent medical personalities, of which two shall be nominated by the Medical Council of India and the other by the Dental Council of India; Member (f) the Vice-Chancellor; Member Secretary
