(1) Tendu leaves purchased by or for the State Government shall be sold or otherwise disposed of in such manner as the State Government may direct. (2) The sale of tendu leaves in respect of which the grower is the State Government or a Gaon Sabha or other local authority shall be governed by, and where the Government sells or causes to be sold the tendu leaves grown in any area in respect of a part of which the grower is the State Government and in respect of another part of which the grower is a Gaon Sabha or other local authority the net proceeds of such shall be apportioned between the State Government and such Gaon Sabha or other local authority in accordance with, any general or special order of the State Government issued in that behalf.
