5.(1) On and from such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf, there shall be established a Commission to be known as the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission . (2) The Services of every whole time employee of the Commission established under the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission Act, 2006 (U.P. Act no 1 of 2006) serving in that Commission immediately before the commencement of this Act shall stand transferred to the Commission on and from the establishment thereof.
