13.(1) There shall be a Secretary of the Commission appointed by the State Government, who shall be the Head of the Office of the Commission. (2) The Secretary shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be specified in the rules or regulation made under this Act or as may be directed by the Chairperson.
