(1) In taking possession of any property, cash, valuable, jewellery, record, document or material object under this Act, the Chief Executive Officer shall have power to enter any premises at any reasonable time and make or cause to be made any search thereof. (2) The provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 relating to search and seizure shall mutatis mutandis apply to all searches and seizures made under this Act.
