The State Government shall, by notification, constitute a Cold Storage Advisory Board, which shall consist of the following members, namely :- (a) The Agricultural Production Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh who shall be the Chairman of the Board ; (b) A representative of the Agricultural Marketing Advisor to the Government of India ; (c) The Director of Industries, Uttar Pradesh; (d) The Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Uttar Pradesh; (e) The Director of Mandis, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow; and (f) The Director of Horticulture and Fruit Utilization, Uttar Pradesh who shall also act as Secretary.
