Constitution of nuclear installation local authority.

§3

Summary

(1) For every nuclear installation the State Government shall, by notification, constitute a nuclear installation local authority for the purpose of controlling the erection or re-erection of buildings and the use of land in the nuclear installation area. (2) The authority shall consist of the following;- (a) The Collector of the District in which the - Member-Chairman Nuclear Installation is Situate. (b) The Chief Executive Officer of the Nuclear - Member-Secretary Installation. (c) The Chief Zonal Engineer- Uttar Pradesh - Member State Electricity Board. (d) Four members to be nominated by the State Government by notification.
