No compensation shall be claimed by any person for any damage or loss sustained by him in consequence of (a) the refusal to gran permission by the nuclear installation local authority ; or (b) any condition subject to which any such permission is granted; or (c) any direction issued under section 13 : or (d) any order passed by the Commissioner under section 14 or by the State Government under section 15 ; or (e) the operation of any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
