43. (1) Every Statute, Ordinance or Regulation made under this Act shall be published in the Gazette. (2) First Statues, Ordinances or Regulations made under this Act, shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before U. P. Act No. 1 of 1904 both Houses of the State Legislature and the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 23-A of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 shall apply as they apply in respect of rules made by the State Government under any Uttar Pradesh Act.
43.
