10. (i) The Governor shall be the Chancellor of the University. He shall by virtue of his office, be the Head of the University and shall when present, preside at any convocation of the University. be subject to the confirmation of the Chancellor. (iii) It shall be the duty of the Vice-Chancellor to furnish such information or records relating to the administration of the affairs of the University as the Chancellor may call for. (iv) The Chancellor shall have such other powers as may be conferred on him by or under this Act or the statutes.
