(1) Where any person is convicted of an offence under this Act any timber or the tree in respect of which an offence is committed and the implements used for felling such trees may be ordered by the Court to be forfeited to Government. (2) Any timber forfeited under this section shall be disposed of by the competent authority in such manner as may be prescribed.
