(i) The State Government shall within three months from the date of commencement of this Act, by notification, establish an Authority to be known as 'Prayagraj Mela Authority, Allahabad' to exercise the powers conferred and perform the functions assigned to it under this Act. (ii) The Authority shall be a body corporate. (iii) The Head Quarter of the Authority shall be at Allahabad.
