(1) Where any business is required to be transacted quorum shall be at least one half of the members of the Authority. (2) Where any meeting could not be held due to want of quorum, the Chairperson shall direct that the meeting to transact the business of said meeting shall be held at such time and place in Allahabad as he thinks fit and thereupon the Secretary shall give notice to all members of the Authority.
