(1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Pashudhan Sudhar Adhiniyam, 1964. (2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification1 in the Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas of Uttar Pradesh.
