Power of 1Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Swasthya Adhikari, etc. in case of dangerous dispenses

Where a person attacked with a dangerous disease or suffering from such disease, is,&#x2014; \br<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>@s (a) found lying in any vehicle or any public place; or \br<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>@s (b) without proper lodging or accommodation; or \br<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>@s (c) living in a room or house which he neither owns nor is otherwise entitled to occupy; or \br<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>@s (d) lodged in a room or set of apartments occupied by more than one family and any of the occupiers objects to his continuing to lodge, therein; \br<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>@s the 1Municipal Commissioner may, on the advice of a medical officer of rank not inferior to that of an Assistant Surgeon remove the patient to the hospital or a place at which persons suffering from such disease are received for medical treatment and may do anything necessary for such removal. \br<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>@s <br>
