In sub-section (8) of section 8 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, the following proviso shall, in its application to Uttar Pradesh, be inserted before the explanation :- Provided that in the case of any factory or establishment to which the Uttar Pradesh Welfare Fund Act, 1965, applies all such realizations shall be paid into the Fund established under the said Act.
