(1) All settlement of land under 1[Section 26-A or] Section 27 shall be made in the manner and subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed. (2) 2[ * * * * ] (3) Notwithstanding the provisions of any law for the time being in force, no person with whom any land has been settled under 3[Section 26-A or] Section 27 or to whom land has been let out under sub-section (2) of Section 26 3[as it stood immediately before the Commencement of the Uttar Pradesh Land Laws (Amendment) Act, 1969] shall acquire any right in such land in derogation of the terms and conditions under which the land has been settled or let out.
