(1) Where no objection is filed under Section 19, as to the correctness of the draft compensation assessment roll, the Compensation Officer shall declare it as the Compensation Assessment Roll. (2) The Compensation Officer shall, on application made within thirty days from the date of the order under sub-section (1) by the person aggrieved by such order passed in his absence and on sufficient cause being shown for his absence set aside the order and allow such person to show cause why the draft compensation assessment roll be not taken as final. (3) An appeal shall lie from an order passed under sub-section (2), within thirty days of the date of that order, to the 1[Commissioner] in whose jurisdiction the land or any part thereof is situate.
