(1) The Government shall provide the Ayog with a Secretary and such other officers and employees as may be necessary for the efficient performance of the functions of the Ayog. (2) The salaries and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of the service of, the Secretary and the other officers and employees appointed for the purposes of the Ayog shall be such as may be prescribed.
