(1) The State Government may, by notification make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the power contained in sub-section (1), such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely : (a) the procedure to be adopted by the Selection Committee for selection and appointment of the Chairperson and the Members ; (b) the form and manner in which the accounts of the Commission shall be maintained ; and (c) any other matter which is required to be, or may be, prescribed by rules.
