(1) Without prejudice to the provision of Section 45, every direction or order made by the Commission may be enforced by the Commission as if it were a decree or order made by a Civil Court and the Commission had all the power to execute it. (2) The Commission shall have the powers to take such assistance from the police and other authorities as may be considered necessary for the enforcement of its orders and directions.
