(1) The Commission may, with the prior approval of the State Government, make or amend regulations prescribing fees for holding examinations, for conducting interviews, and for laying down the procedure to be followed by the Commission for discharging its duties and performing its functions under this Act. (2) The regulations made under sub-section (1) shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder.
