(1) A society may be registered as a co-operative society with limited or unlimited liability ; Provided that a society having another co-operative society as its ordinary member shall be registered only with limited liability. (2) The word सीमित or its equivalent in English "Limited" shall be the last word in the name of a society registered under this Act with limited liability.
