(1) The Uttar Pradesh Soil Conservation Act, 1954 is hereby repealed. (2) A plan confirmed under section 15 of the said Act shall be deemed to be a plan which has become final under this Act and a general notice thereof shall be published as required by section 12. A plan prepared under the former Act and not so confirmed shall be deemed to be a draft plan prepared under section 9 of this Act and shall be proceeded with accordingly.
