The Bhoomi Sanrakshan Adhikari or any other officer authorized by him in this behalf shall in pursuance of the order under section 14 take temporary possession of the land : Provided that possession shall not be taken without notifying in the prescribed manner the date and intention of taking possession at least fifteen days prior to such date.
