(1) The Board shall have its own fund, and all receipts of the Board shall be carried thereto and all payments for the Board shall be made therefrom. (2) Subject to any general or special order of the State Government, the Board shall have the power, subject to the provisions of this Act, to spend such sum as it may think fit on objects or for purposes authorised by this Act.
