1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Establishments (National Holidays) Act, 1961.(2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.(3) It shall come into force on such date2 as the State Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
<b>1.</b><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span> (1)<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span> This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Establishments (National Holidays) Act, 1961.<br><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(2)<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span> It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.<br><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(3)<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span> It shall come into force on such date<sup><b>2</b></sup> as the State Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint in this behalf.<br><br>
