(1) No person shall use or permit to be used any land, site, premises or building in special development area in contravention of any plan prepared direction by the Board or any officer. (2) Whoever fails to comply with the direction or order of the Board or any person authorized by it or does any act or omission in violation of any plan or direction referred to in sub-section ( I) shall be punished with imprisonment of one year or with fine which shall not be less than one thousand rupees or with both.
