(1) The meeting of the Committee shall be held at least once in every quarter at the District Headquarter on such date and time as may be fixed by the Chairperson. (2) The Committee may invite experts to attend its meeting on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed. (3) In the absence of the chairperson, such other member of the committee as may be chosen by the members of the committee present in the meetings shall preside over the meeting of the committee.
