All statutory rules, regulations, notifications, byelaws and orders made by a competent authority under any of the laws of the pre-reorganisation State of Rajasthan specified in the Schedule shall extend and apply to the whole of the new State unless they shall have been previously so extended or applied and until they are duly modified or superseded.
