Bar of jurisdiction of civil court

(1) No civil court shall take cognizance of any matter which is required to be or may be decided by the State Government, Board, Regional Development Authority, or the appellate authority under the provisions of this Act.<br> (2) An order passed or a direction given by the State Government to the Board, Regional Development Authority, or the appellate authority under the provisions of this Act or an order passed or notice issued by the Board, Regional Development Authority, or the appellate authority under the provisions of this Act shall be final.<br>
