All sums due or payable by any persons to the Corporation or recoverable by it on account of any charge, costs, expenses, fees, rent, compensation, or on any other account under this Act or any rules or regulation made thereunder or any agreement made with the Corporation and all charges or expenses incurred in connection therewith shall, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery, be recoverable as an arrears of land revenue.
