The rehabilitation and resettlement of the persons affected due to the irrigation and the Hydro-Electric Power Projects shall be carried out by the State Government in accordance with the provisions of 1the Maharashtra Project Affected Persons Rehabilitation Act, 1986 (Mah. XXXII of 1989) : Provided that, all the expenditure required to be incurred by the State Government for the rehabilitation and the resettlement of persons affected by the irrigation and Hydro-Electric Power Project shall be borne by the Corporation.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span> The rehabilitation and resettlement of the persons affected due to the irrigation and the Hydro-Electric Power Projects shall be carried out by the State Government in accordance with the provisions of <sup>1</sup>the Maharashtra Project Affected Persons Rehabilitation Act, 1986 (Mah.
