15. Terms and conditions of service of 1[Chief Executive Officer] and other officers and employees.-(1) 2[The Chief Executive Officer] of the Committee shall be appointed on such terms and conditions of service as may be determined by the State Government, from time to time. (2) Other officers and employees of the Committee shall be appointed on such terms and conditions of service as may be determined by regulations. (3) The salary and allowances and other expenses of 3[the Chief Executive Officer] and other officers and employees of the Committee shall be paid out of the Management Fund.
