(1) The Commission may provide suitable financial support to the institutions chosen for development of technology, formulation of projects, undertaking demonstration of projects, implementing the projects or any other functions of the Commission. (2) The Commission shall frame regulations, for identification of institutions and for providing financial support under sub-section (1) of such institutions.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) The Commission may provide suitable financial support to the institutions chosen for development of technology, formulation of projects, undertaking demonstration of projects, implementing the projects or any other functions of the Commission.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>2</i>) The Commission shall frame regulations, for identification of institutions and for providing financial support under sub-section (<i>1</i>) of such institutions.<br>
