(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Underground Pipelines and Underground Ducts (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 2018. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 9th May 2018.
