Right to obtain public services within stipulated time limit.

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) Subject to the legal, technical and financial feasibility, every eligible person shall have a right to obtain public services in the State in accordance with this Act, within the stipulated time limit. <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>2</i>) Subject to the legal, technical and financial feasibility, every Designated Officer of the Public Authority shall provide the public services to the eligible person, within the stipulated time limit: <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>Provided that, the stipulated time limit may be extended by the State Government during the period of election as well as in natural calamities to such extent, as may be prescribed. <br>
