(1) The Commission shall, after the end of each financial year, prepare a report on its working during the preceding year as well as on the evaluation of performance of delivery of public services by the Public Authorities and present the same to the State Government. (2) The State Government shall lay the annual report presented by the Commission before each House of the State Legislature.
