Finality of decision or order of Collector and decision of Revenue Tribunal.

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>Every decision or order passed by the Collector under this Act, subject to an appeal to the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal under section 6, and the decision of the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal in appeal shall be final and conclusive and shall not be questioned in any suit or proceedings in any Court. <br>
