(1) This Act may be called 1[The Maharashtra Molasses (Control) Act]. 2[(2) It extends to the whole of the 3[State of Maharashtra].] (3) It shall come into force on such date4 as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
