(1)Subject to the provisions of section 12, nothing in the Registration Act, 1908 (XVI of 1908), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, shall be deemed to require registration of any document, plan or map prepared, made or sanctioned in connection with a scheme which has come into force. (2) All such documents, plans and maps shall, for the purposes of sections 48 and 49 of the said Act, be deemed to be registered in accordance with the provisions of that Act.
