Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to affect,– (a) any obligation or liability already incurred before the appointed date ; or (b) any proceeding or remedy in respect of such obligation or liability ; and any such proceeding or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced as if this Act had not been passed.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to affect,–<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>a</i>) any obligation or liability already incurred before the appointed date ; or<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(b)</i> any proceeding or remedy in respect of such obligation or liability ; and any such proceeding or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced as if this Act had not been passed.<br>
