Notwithstanding anything contained in the provisions of this Act the first Kulaguru, the first Sama-Kulaguru, the first Kulasachiva, the first Vitta-Lekha Adhikari and other officers, shall be appointed by the State Government and their terms and conditions of service shall be specified by the State Government. They shall hold office for a period of five years or till the appointments are made in accordance with the provisions of this Act, whichever is earlier.
