(1) Sanchalaka, Chhatra Kalyana shall be nominated by the Kulaguru, from amongst the teachers. The emoluments, terms and conditions of service and powers and duties shall be as prescribed by the Acts. He shall work directly under the control of the Kulaguru. (2) The Sanchalaka shall hold office for a term of two years and shall be eligible or re-appointment.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) <i>Sanchalaka, Chhatra Kalyana</i> shall be nominated by the <i>Kulaguru</i>, from amongst the teachers.
