(1) There shall be a Kulaguru appointed as provided in section 12 who shall be the principal executive and academic officer of the university and ex-officio Adhyaksha of the Vyavsthapana-Parishad, Vidvat-Parishad, Pariksha Mandala, Vitta Lekha Samiti, and Vistara Seva Mandala and shall preside in the absence of the Kuladhipati at any convocation for conferring degrees. (2) The Sama-Kulaguru shall be appointed as provided in section 13 and the Sama-Kulaguru shall be responsible for the duties allotted to him specifically by the Kulaguru. He shall preside over the meeting of the authorities of the university in the absence of the Kulaguru.
