Use of contribution or donation for purposes outside the limits of local authority.

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>Notwithstanding anything contained in any enactment in regard to any Municipal Fund or Local Fund, contributions or donations made before or after the commencement of this Act to the Gandhi National Memorial Fund by a local authority and used or to be used for a purpose, object or cause outside the local limits of such local authority shall be deemed to have been validly used and may be used for the said purpose, object or cause: <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>Provided that nothing in this section shall authorise or shall be deemed to have authorised the trustees of the Gandhi National Memorial Fund to use the amount of such contribution or donation for a purpose, object or cause other than that specified by such local authority. <br>
